  • Organisation Membership Rules - (Employee Organisations Only)
    NOTE: The rule that sets the scope of eligibility for membership of an industrial organisation is variously referred to as the "eligibility rule, membership rule, qualification rule" or the "constitution."
    In general, the "eligibility rule" of a particular organisation has been reproduced in full. However, in certain cases, parts of the rule may have been deleted as they may have been considered unnecessary for this purpose, or and in other cases, it may have been necessary to include either part or all of another rule.
    It should be noted that resulting from the approval and registration of a particular organisation's "eligibility rule,'' the organisation may have entered into a written agreement with other organisations which may not be reflected in the organisation's constitution.
