The Commission has issued a Practice Note in relation to the procedures to be followed in relation to the conduct and case management of applications pursuant to Section 84 of the Industrial relations Act 1996 (Unfair Dismissal). The new Practice Note will take effect from 29 April 2016.
This Practice Note replaces Practice Note No. 17.
The purposes of Practice Note 17A is to facilitate the resolution of unfair dismissal matters before the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales in a just, quick and cost effective manner.
